They initially met to explain the proposal. The painting crew cleaned the exhaust vent between the 2nd and 3rd floor. This was added value at no additional cost to me. All the crew were polite, cleaned up daily, and worked very hard in that hot sun! I love the pictures they sent documenting the work! In summary, they explained the benefits of elastomeric paint, developed my trust in their expertise and quality of work, and then delivered as expected.
