Leo is the founder and owner of Stillo Construction. He is a proud father of 3, married nearly 20 years to his wife Melissa.
Born and raised in New York City, Leo moved to the Dominican Republic at the age of 14 to complete his high school education, graduating in ‘99. At the beginning of the new millennium, January 3rd, 2000, Leo ventured out on his own and relocated to Houston, Texas, where he lived with his older brother Hector.
Leo initially worked as a security guard for Hines Management in the prestigious WILLIAMS Tower. Within the same company, he quickly advanced to a building maintenance role, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the upkeep of high-rise buildings.
In 2002, Leo joined Lunco Restoration, where he developed a deep understanding of new construction stucco, stucco repair, and stucco remediation. Starting as a delivery driver's helper, he quickly progressed to become an estimator and later a project manager. In his managerial position, Leo successfully oversaw multiple crews and played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
In 2008, driven by his passion and expertise, Leo took the leap and established Stillo Construction. With his dedicated team, whom he considers as family, Leo diligently oversees the daily operations of the company.
